MLS Hands Down $1,000 Fines To Joseph, Percovich

Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber Friday issued $1,000 fines to New England Revolution midfielder Shalrie Joseph and Chicago Fire assistant coach Leo Percovich for actions committed during the league's preseason schedule -- Joseph for action at his team's hotel in Orlando February 20, Percovich for inappropriate sideline behavior while his team competed at the recent Carolina Challenge Cup tournament, hosted by the Charleston Battery of USL PRO March 5-12.
