Major League Soccer's Chicago Fire announced the signing Tuesday of goalkeeper Alec Duffy Tuesday, who was on the team's bench for three matches late in the 2010 season.
Having previously played in MLS for the Columbus Crew in May 2009, Duffy played 30 games in the 2010 season for AC St. Louis of the USSF Division 2 Pro League before getting a shot to return to MLS with Columbus in October 2010.
