Major League Soccer's Chicago Fire announced the signing Thursday of midfielder Davis Paul, the 51st overall pick in the 2011 SuperDraft out of the University of California.
He had 15 goals and 21 assists in 78 career games with the Golden Bears from 2007 to 2010 and was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America's Third Team All-American Team and the First Time All-Pac 10 Conference.
