Goalkeeper Greg Crook of the Illinois Piasa was named Tuesday the Professional Arena Soccer League's Player of the Week for Week 16 of the 2010-11 season after tallying 23 saves in the expansion team's 6-2 win over the Ohio Vortex Saturday that allowed the Piasa to win the league's first Pro Frontier Division championship and earn a spot in the upcoming North American Championship tournament March 10-12 in Cincinnati.
For the season, Crook is 9-3-0 with a 5.45 goals against average.
