Baltimore Blast midfielder and team captain Robbie Aristodemo was named Monday the Major Indoor Soccer League Player of the Week for Week 14 of the 2010-11 season after scoring four goals over the weekend, including a hat trick in Sunday's 20-9 win over the Milwaukee Wave at US Cellular Arena in Milwaukee that included making a three-point shot.
He scored a two-point goal in Fridays 14-10 win over the Omaha Vipers at First Mariner Arena in Baltimore.
With scoring two short-handed goals this weekend -- the three-pointer in Sunday's game and his lone goal Saturday -- he became the league leader in that category with two.
Aristodemo, the fourth different Blast player to win a weekly award, is eighth on the team and tied for 19th in the league in scoring with 23 points.
