The Richmond Kickers of USL PRO announced Thursday they have re-signed goalkeeper and team captain Ronnie Pascale for his 12th and final season in the sport.
Pascale, a three-time USL Second Division Goalkeeper of the Year (2006, 2007 and 2009), has been their starting goalkeeper since 2002 and has tallied over 22,000 minutes in the net.
In 2010, he had a 0.882 goals against average in 17 games played.
Pascale played collegiately at Furman, where he was an All-Southern Conference player all four seasons there, as well as a three-time conference Goalkeeper of the Year, a two-time Second Team All-South selection, the conference's 1995 Rookie of the Year, and the school's Male Athlete of the Year for the 1998-99 season.
