The Missouri Comets of the Major Indoor Soccer League announced the signing Thursday of a three-year sponsorship with Citizens Bank and Trust.
The bank's logo will now appear on the team's jerseys -- home and road -- as well as on their field at the Independence Events Center in Independence, MO.
Also, beginning with Friday's home game against the co-leading Milwaukee Wave through the end of the 2013-14 season, the bank will donate $5 to the Boys and Girls Club of Kansas City for every save goalkeeper Danny Waltman makes.
