Major League Soccer's Chivas USA announced Tuesday a new multi-year corporate sponsorship deal with Grupo Modelo, the leading beer brewer in Mexico and one of the top brewers in the world, that will see the company's Corona Extra brand receive a major push.
Details of the agreement are set to be officially announced at a news conference in Los Angeles February 16, but the deal will see the Corona Extra logo on the team's jerseys, as well as gaining a significant presence at home games and other team events.
