After only scoring one goal in five starts in 2010 after being loaned to them by El Salvador's Vista Hermosa, Major League Soccer's Chivas USA announced they will not pick up the 2011 option on the contract of midfielder Osael Romero.
Romero has played 43 games for El Salvador's national team since 2007.
