Pat Healey had a pair of goals and assists and Guiliano Celenza had a goal and two assists as the Baltimore Blast defeated the defending Major Indoor Soccer League regular season champion Milwaukee Wave 12-6 in the second game of a weekend home-and-home series Sunday at US Cellular Arena in Milwaukee and putting both teams back into a tie for the league lead in the standings at 6-2.
Warren Ukah, Adrian Bumbut and Pat Morris added goals for the Blast.
Hewerton Moreira had a goal and assisted on Marco Terminesi's strike to lead the Wave and Guiliano Oliviero also scored for Milwaukee.
Both teams will meet again January 21 in Baltimore in the third game of their six-game season series.
Meanwhile, the Wave will warm up for the Blast by hosting the Omaha Vipers this Friday, while Baltimore travels to the Chicago Riot next Sunday.
