Major League Soccer's Vancouver Whitecaps announced Monday EA Sports has become a Founding Partner of the franchise and their Official Videogame Partner.
The Whitecaps are EA Sports' first North American club to gain the videogame partnership tag, joining English Premier League teams Chelsea and Arsenal and Spanish La Liga team Real Madrid, which allows EA Sports to officially use the likenesses of players and their home pitch as part of future editions of EA Sports' MLS Soccer games.
