The North Sound SeaWolves, based in Everett, WA, were named Monday as a 2011 season expansion team in the USL Premier Development League.
The SeaWolves are owned by former Yakima Reds head coach Alex Silva, who also owns Pro Roofing NW.
The team will play home games at Goddard Memorial Stadium in Everett.
