MLS Hands Out AT&T Goal Of The Year, NAPA Save Of The Year Awards

In the only postseason awards decided by fans, Major League Soccer announced Wednesday Chicago Fire midfielder Marco Pappa won the 2010 AT&T Goal of the Year award and Seattle Sounders goalkeeper Kasey Keller won the 2010 NAPA Auto Parts Save of the Year award.

Pappa won the award for his Week 3 goal against the San Jose Earthquakes in Chicago's home opener.

It was one of his career-high seven goals to go along with five assists in 25 games with the Fire. Pappa was named to the First XI of the 2010 MLS All-Star team.

He is the third Chicago player to win the Goal of the Year award, following Damiani Ralph in 2003 and Cuauhtemoc Blanco in 2007.

Keller, who won seven weekly competitions this seasons, won for stopping a potential game-tying goal by Chance Myers of the Kansas City Wizards in Week 4 of the 2010 season. Seattle won the game 1-0 and handed the Wizards their first loss of the season.
