Kitsap Pumas Join PASL-Pro, Will Remain In USL PDL

The Kitsap Pumas are the latest soccer team to have a year-round presence as the current USL Premier Development League franchise announced Monday they will join the Professional Arena Soccer League for their 2010-11 season, beginning in November.

The Pumas will become a member of the PASL-Pro's new Pro Frontier Division that will be made up of expansion teams and those teams who do not have geographic rivals with current Eastern and Western Division teams.

Teams in the new division will be looking to join the league as full members for the 2011-12 season and will play a 12-game schedule, while teams in the other divisions will play a full 16-game schedule.
