Stolica Leads Revolution Over Dynamo

In his second appearance in a New England Revolution kit, Ilija Stoilca scored his first career Major League Soccer goal and led them to a 1-0 shutout over the Houston Dynamo Saturday at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA.

The Revolution (6-9-3), tied for fourth in the Eastern Conference with the Chicago Fire (5-5-6) with 21 points, won their fourth straight game and handed the Dynamo, in seventh place in the Western Conference at 5-10-5 with 20, their tenth straight loss.

New England travels to the Fire Wednesday, then heads to the Kansas City Wizards this Saturday, while the Dynamo look to break their losing streak when they face Chicago this Saturday at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, IL.
