Stars Play To Fifth Staright Draw In USSF D-2 Play Against Timbers

Ely Allen and Simone Bracalello scored goals off assists from Andrei Gotsmanov as the NSC Minnesota Stars played to a 2-2 draw Wednesday in USSF Division 2 Pro League action against the host Portland Timbers Wednesday at PGE Park in Portland, OR.

It was the Stars' fifth straight draw.

Bright Dike and Ryan Pore had goals for the Timbers in the draw.

NSC (7-9-7) and Portland (7-7-7) each share third place in the USL Conference standings with 28 points. The Timbers will travel to AC St. Louis this Saturday, while the Stars host the NASL Conference-leading Vancouver Whitecaps on the same matchday.
