Seattle Sounders forward Fredy Montero, who scored both goals in a 2-1 win over the Chicago Fire Saturday at Qwest Field, was named Monday Major League Soccer's Player of the Week for the 22nd week of the 2010 season.
It is the second such honor for him in his career.
Montero has 10 goals and nine assists this season.
