Rhinos Charge Closer To Conference Lead In Win Over RailHawks

Tyler Rosenlund had an unassisted goal in the 15th minute and Adam West assisted Ryan Heins on a 79th minute play as the Rochester Rhinos shut out the host Carolina RailHawks 2-0 Wednesday in USSF Division 2 Pro League play at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, NC.

The Rhinos are now 11-5-6 with 39 points and are in second place in the USL Conference, three points behind the league's best team and the conference leader, the Austin Aztex (12-2-5, 41), for sole possession of both crowns. Rochester returns to action Saturday at Marina Auto Stadium against the Montreal Impact.

Carolina is in second place in the NASL Conference at 7-5-7 with 28 points and will face Crystal Palace Baltimore Saturday at the Maryland SoccerPlex in Boyds, MD.
