Danny Mwanga's seventh goal of the season in the 73rd minute prevented the expansion Philadelphia Union for earning their second draw at home this season as they tied the Colorado Rapids 1-1 in Major League Soccer play Saturday at new PPL Park, where the Union are 0-1-3 in four games since moving from Lincoln Financial Field, home to the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles.
Jeff Larentowicz scored Colorado goal in the 59th minute.
The Unon are 4-10-5 with 17 points in their debut season and are seventh in the Eastern Conference standings. Philadelphia heads to DC United, the worst team in the league, next Sunday.
The Rapids are in fifth place in the Western Conference standings at 7-5-7 with 28 points and face the Eastern Conference-leading Columbus Crew next Saturday.
