Morales Dup Extends Defending Champ's Home Winning Streak To 21 Games

Javier Morales scored both goals for Major League Soccer's defending champion, Real Salt Lake, as they shut out the Eastern Conference-leading Columbus Crew 2-0 Saturday at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, UT to extend their home-game winning streak to 21 games.

The league record is 22 games, set by the Crew in the 2008-09 season, and RSL hopes to tie the mark September 4 when they host the New York Red Bulls.

Salt Lake has this coming weekend off before venturing to Toronto FC August 28.

The Crew led the conference standings at 11-5-4 with 37 points and will host the Colorado Rapids this Saturday.
