The Major Indoor Soccer League announced Wednesday the name of their 2010-11 expansion franchise will be called the Vipers and will join the Missouri Comets as new teams in the league this season, growing it to seven teams.
The Vipers will play home games at the Omaha Civic Auditorium, current home of the Omaha Beef of the Indoor Football League and the Omaha Lancers of the United States Hockey League.
