The Montreal Impact of the USSF Division 2 Pro League announced the signing Tusday of French forward Anthony Le Gall for the remainder of the 2010 season with an option for the 2011 season.
Le Gall, who become the seventh foreign player on the roster and the third Frenchman on it, last played for Stade Brestois, who has been promoted this season to France's Ligue 1. He played 30 games for the team since signing in 2007.
He was transferred this season to Plabeenes of the third division Championnat National, but saw no playing time.
Le Gall had tried out for the Impact in July 2010.
