Birahim Diop scored two goals with help from Kei Kamara, who had an unassisted 65th minute goal, and Diop worked with Jack Jewsbury on a 69th minute goal as the host Kansas City Wizards defeated the New England Revolution 4-1 Saturday in Major League Soccer play at CommunityAmerica Ballpark.

The Wizards, who have lost one game out of their last six, are 6-9-6 with 23 points and are in fifth place in the Eastern Conference. Kansas City travels to the league-leading and Western Conference-leading Los Angeles Galaxy this Saturday.
New England, who has lost two straight games after winning their previous four straight, are 6-11-3 with 21 points and in sixth place in the standings. They will host the expansion Philadelphia Union the Saturday at PPL Park in Chester, PA.
