The USL W-League Monday announced the schedule for their playoffs, which culminate the weekend of July 29-31 with Championship Weekend in Santa Clarita, CA.
In the Central Conference, a Great Lakes Division play-in game will be held Wednesday at Centennial Park Stadium in Toronto as the host Lady Lynx (7-2-3, 24 points) will face the Laval Comets (6-3-3, 21), with the winner facing the conference's Midwest Division champion Buffalo Flash (10-0-2, 32) Saturday at Niagara Falls University in Buffalo.
In the other semifinal match Saturday in Buffalo, the Great Lakes Division champion Ottawa Fury (8-1-3, 27) will face the Midwest Division runner-up Chicago Red Eleven (8-2-2, 26).
The semifinal winner will then meet Saturday night for the Central Conference Championship berth in Championship Weekend.
In the Eastern Conference, the Atlantic Division champion Atlanta Silverbacks will host the semifinals and finals at Silverbacks Park, beginning Friday, as the Silverbacks (7-2-1, 22) will play the third-place Northeast Division team, the New Jersey Wildcats (7-4-1, 22).
On Saturday, the Northeast Division runner-up Washington Freedom Futures (10-1-1, 31) will face the Atlantic Division runner-up Charlotte Eagles.
The winners of those games meet Saturday for the Eastern Conference crown.
In the Western Conference, the regular season champion Vancouver Whitecaps (6-0-4, 22) will host the two-time defending league champion Pali Blues (3-4-3, 12) Saturday with the winner claiming the conference title.
By way of finishing with the best record in the W-League, the Hudson Valley Quickstrike Lady Blues (11-1-0, 33), who won the Eastern Conference - Northeast Division regular season title for the second straight season, have automatically qualified for one of four spots in Championship Weekend.
