Ryan Pore scored his tenth goal of the season in the final minute of play and Ross Smith made the first goal of the night as the host Portland Timbers shut out the Miami FC Blues 2-0 Saturday in USSF Division 2 Pro League play at PGE Park.
The Timbers, at 6-5-5 with 23 points, are tied for third place in the USL Conference with the NSC Minnesota Stars (7-9-2) and will travel to the Vancouver Whitecaps July 22.
Miami, 2-5-8 with 14 points and in fifth place in the same conference, are at the Whitecaps Wednesday.
