Tristan Somerville assisted Amderw Cornia and Joseph Hickman on goals in the 18th and 27th minute, respectively, as the host Ogden Outlaws upset the defending USL Premier Development League champion Ventura County Fusion 2-1 Thursday at Bonneville High School.
Ventura County's goal came unassisted by Samuel Nicholson in the 39th minute.
Despite the win, Ogden is in last place in the Western Conference - Southwest Division at 2-7-2 with eight points. They will host the Hollywood United Hitmen Saturday.
Ventura County is 7-4-1 with 22 points and in third place in the standings. The Fusion travel to the BYU Cougars Saturday.
