Dominic Sarle scored goals in the third minute from Danny Kramer and in the 83rd by Samuel Kraven as the Long Island Rough Riders ended their 2010 USL Premier Development League home schedule Sunday with a 2-0 win over the Albany BWP Highlanders at St. Anthony's High School.
The Rough Riders (7-3-4, 25 points, fourth in Eastern Conference - Northeast Division) have a slight chance of making the playoffs but need to run the table on the road this weekend against the New Hampshire Phantoms Saturday and the MPS Portland Phoenix Sunday.
Albany is 9-4-2 with 29 points and ends their season Saturday on the road against the Brooklyn Knights.
