Saborio Double Gains Him Another POW Award

For the second time in six weeks, Real Salt Lake forward Alvaro Saborio was named Monday Major League Soccer's Player of the Week for Week 14 of the 2010 season and joins Los Angeles Galaxy forward Edson Buddle (Weeks 4 and 6) and Toronto FC defender Dwayne DeRosario (Weeks 5 and 10) as two-time winners this season.

Saborio won this week's honor after scoring two goals in the defending MLS champion's 5-0 rout of the New England Revolution at Rio Tinto Stadium Friday.

He was selected the Week 8 winner after scoring two goals in a May 13 victory over the Houston Dynamo and later was named MLS Player of the Month for May.
