Finn Jor hit the game-winning shot off a Stephen Kessler assist in the 78th minute as the Rochester Rhinos edged the host Thunder Bay Chill 2-1 Saturday in both teams' USL Premier Development League 2010 season finale at Chapples Park in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
Chris Andre opened the scoring for Rochester on an unassisted 41st minute goal, but Thunder Bay's Brandon Swartzendruber evened the match at 1-all with his 54th minute counter goal.
Both teams, though, will move on to the 2010 USL PDL Playoffs, beginning this week.
Thunder Bay won the Central Conference - Heartland Division title with a 12-2-2 record and 38 points, while Rochester finished in second place at 10-3-3 with 33 points.
