Mark Magee had two goals and Luiz Calzadilla and Taylor Morgan added a goal each as the host IMG Bradenton Academics shut out the Atlanta Blackhawks 4-0 in a USL Premier Development League game at the IMG Soccer Academy in Bradenton, FL Saturday.
The Academics are 3-5-3 with 12 points and are in sixth place in the Southern Conference - Southeast Division. They will travel to the Nashville Metros Friday.
The Blackhawks are 5-2-4 with 19 points and are in third place in thei division, three points behind the Mississippi Brilla (6-0-3, 21). Atlanta is on the road for their next two games -- at the New Orleans Jesters this Friday and at the Bator Rouge Capitals next Sunday.
