The Montreal Impact of the USSF Division 2 Pro League announced Tuesday they have traded midfielder Tyler Hemming to the league-leading Austin Aztex for future considerations and signed forward Marco Terminesi for the rest of the 2010 season and the full 2011 season.
Hemming played five games for the Impact this season, starting four.
While playing collegiately at Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY, he was a two-time Atlantic Soccer Conference Player of the Year.
Hemming was dratfed 40th overall in the 2007 Major League Soccer Supplemental Draft by Toronto FC, but he left the team in 2008 to play in Finland for first division team Tempere United.
In 2009, Hemming started 22 games for the USL Second Division's Charleston Battery and assisted on three goals.
Terminesi spent the 2009 USL First Division season with the defunct Minnesota Thunder and had 16 points on six goald and four assists in 17 games.
From 2008 to 2010, he played indoor soccer for the Milwaukee Wave in the Xtreme Soccer League and the thrice-revived Major Indoor Soccer League, where he was named Rookie of the Year.
