The Major Indoor Soccer League, itself in its third incarnation, will see the Kansas City Comets return to the league for the 2010-11 season, but as the Missouri Comets, and will play home games in the new Independence Events Center, also home to the Missouri Mustangs of the Central Hockey League, according to the Independence (MO) Examiner.
The Comets are the first addition to the MISL for the upcoming season, joining defending champion La RaZa de Monterrey, along with the Baltimore Blast, Milwaukee Wave, Philadelphia Kixx and Rockford Rampage.
