Colorado Women's Teams Face Off In Englewood

The Colorado Force and the Colorado Rush, both of the USL W-League, played to a 1-1 draw Thursday at Englewood High School in Englewood, CO in the first of a two-game, home-and-home series.

Christie Ehrhadt scored for the Force off a Taylor Patterson assist and the Rush saw Ameera Abdullah connect with Morgan Kennedy for a Rush goal.

Despite the record, the Rush are in second place in the Western Conference standings at 2-0-5 with 11 points.

The Force, meanwhile, are 1-3-5 with eight points, tied for fourth place in the conference with the Seattle Sounders (1-2-5).

The next game of the series is Sunday at Valor Christian High School.
