Forward Edward Lillingston of Major League Soccer's Chivas USA, where he last played in 2009, scoring eight goals and two assists in 25 games, 15 of them starts, joined Indios de Cuidad Juarez of Mexico's Liga de Ascensio (Third Division) Tuesday in time for the 2010 Apertura season.
He spent the Bicentenario 2010 season in Mexico on loan to Club Tijuana.
Lillingston spent 12 seasons playing for the Mexican Primera Division before deciding to join Chivas before the 2009 season.
Cuidad Juarez was originally in the Mexican First Division, but relegated to the Liga de Ascensio after their Bicentenario 2010 season.
