Moses Aduny scored a pair of goals to lead Mississippi Brilla to a 7-2 thrashing of the Central Florida Kraze Thursday at Harper Davis Stadium at Millsaps College in Jackson, MS in a USL Premier Development League game.
Ahmad Ihmeidan had a goal and two assists for the Brilla, currently the leader of the Southern Conference - Southeast Division standings at 10-0-3 with 33 points, while Phillip Buffington added a goal and an assist and Willie Hunt, Nathaniel Foster and Antenen Lemma each posted a goal in the victory.
John Sosa scored for Central Florida in the 19th minute off a Josiah Miller assist and Fredriik Brustard helped Sergei Raad post a goal in the 37th minute.
Mississippi, in their home and 2010 season finale Saturday, will face the second-place team in the division, the Baton Rouge Capitals (9-1-3, 30) to see who wins the divisional championship, as both teams have clinched USL PDL playoff berths.
Central Florida, 6-5-2 with 20 points and in fourth place in the division, ends their season Saturday at the New Orleans Jesters.
