Defending Major League Soccer champion Real Salt Lake will take on DC United June 2 at RFK Stadium in the final play-in game to make the field for the 2010 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup, according to a Monday announcement by DC United officials.
The winner will earn a spot in the Round of 16 for the annual tournament.
United beat FC Dallas 4-2 April 28 in their last play-in contest and RSL advanced to meet DC by defeating the San Jose Earthquakes by penalty kicks after playing to a 3-3 draw.
