The Michigan Bucks charged from behind as they slipped past the Cincinnati Kings 2-1 Saturday in an 2010 Canton Cup tournament game that also was a USL Premier Development League game as well Saturday.
Two minutes after starting from a scoreless first half, Justin Jenkins fed a pass to Steven Beattie for Cincinnati's only lead of the game in the 47th minute.
Then, two minutes later, Michigan took advantage of a Andy Lorea to Kenny Uziogwe pass to even the game at 1-all, followed in the 90th minute by Stefan St. Louis scoring the game-winning goal off an assist by Rubin Bega.
The Bucks are 3-1-0 with nine points, good for second place in the Central Conference, Heartland Division standings, putting them two points behind the division-leading and expansion Dayton Dutch Lions (3-0-2, 11 points). Michigan plays next at the Chicago Fire Premier Thursday.
Cincinnati (2-3-1, seven points) joins the Fire (2-1-1, seven points) in third place in the division and will host Forest City Lodnon Friday.
