Brian Fekete scored off a pass from Karl Swan in the 57th minute as the host IMG Bradenton Academics defeated expansion Fort Lauderdale Schultz Academy 1-0 in their United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League season opner for both at IMG Soccer Academy in Bradenton, FL Friday.
Schultz Academy opens their home season next Saturday at Central Broward Regional Park while IMG takes the week off before hosting the Mississippi Brilla May 21.
