The three Canadian members of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League's Northwest Division -- the Victoria Highlanders FC, the Abbotsford Mariners and the Vancouver Whitecaps Residency -- will compete in a round-robin tournament beginning Friday through Sunday to claim the first Coast Capital Cup.
Teams will earn three points for every win and a point for a draw.
Should two teams end the tournament with the same record, the tiebreaking system will go as follows:
- Aggregate goals, with away goals counting two points
- Goal differential
- Most goals in away games
- Most corner kicks in tournament
- Fewest fouls in tournament
