Defender Ramak Safi, who spent three seasons at Jacksonville University, was signed Tuesday by the Carolina RailHawks of the USSF Division II Pro League.
In 57 games with the Dolphins, he had 15 goals and five assists.
He led JU in scoring last season, his senior campaign, with 10 goals and two assists in 21 games.
