The Real Maryland Monarchs of the United Soccer Leagues Second Division announced the signing of forward Hamed Diallo, who was named to the 2007 USL First Division All-League team while playing for the Rochester Rhinos.

That season, Diallo was third in the league in goals (nine) and sixth in points (20), along with assisting on two goals.

In 2008, he joined the USL1's Carolina RailHawks and had a team-high 17 points on seven goals and three assists in 16 games played.

He remained with the team in 2009, but saw limited playing time.
