Miami FC Blues of the USSF Division II Pro League announced the signing of forward Edward Santelz Tuesday.
Santelz was born in Chicago but moved with his parents to their native home country of Guatemala at age 18 to play for Deportivo Suchitepequez, where he has scored four goals this season.
He played for his country's U-20 team in 2007 and led them to the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Canada that year.
