Major League Soccer's DC United announced the signing Thursday of Bolivian defender Juan Manuel Pena, who played 14 seasons in Spain's La Liga and for his country in the 1994 FIFA World Cup held in the US.
He will be eligible to play for them next Saturday when they host the New England Revolution at RFK Stadium.
