The Harrisburg City Islanders of the United Soccer Leagues Second Division announced Monday they will become an official USL2 affiliate to the expansion Philadelphia Union in Major League Soccer.
Among other benefits of the partnership, the two teams will meet in an annual game and Union players will be made available to appear in co-sponsored events with the City Islanders.
