Vitresse Dallas, the 2008-09 champion of the Premier Arena Soccer League, who won the title in their second season of existence, announced Tuesday they will serve as the official reserve squad to the Texas Outlaws of the upper-level Professional Arena Soccer League.
The Outlaws' second season in the equally-young league will start in October.
