Noting the growth of Hispanic soccer fans in their area since joining Major League Soccer (and signing top Hispanic prospects), the Seattle Sounders announced a partnership Friday with La Raza del Noroeste, a local Spanish language newspaper owned by The Washington Post, to create a website in Spanish.
The paper's editor, Jorge Rivera, as well as Sounders players will contribute content to the site.
The site will also carry a Sounders show produced by Seattle's Univision affiliate.
