Almir Barbosa and Federico Molinari had first half goals to lead the host Western Mass Pioneers to a 2-1 victory over the Harrisburg City Islanders in the United Soccer Leagues Second Division season finale for the Pioneers at Lusitano Stadium.
The Pioneers ended their 2009 campaign with a record of 6-8-5 and 23 points.
Brandon Swartzendruber scored Harrisburg's only point in the 81st minute, ending an over 287-minute scoring drought.
The City Islanders, 9-7-4 with 31 points, have clinched third place in the regular season standings and are headed to the USL2 playoffs.
