Iris Mora scored a goal off a Christen Press pass in the 45th minute, then proceeded to assist Kelley O'Hara and Lauren Cheney on goals in the 50th and 65th minutes and the defending United Soccer Leagues W-League champion Pali Blues moved one step closer to winning a second league title in as many seasons, 4-0, over the Hudson Valley Quickstrike Lady Blues in a league semifinal playoff game Friday at New York's Newburgh Free Academy.
Jodie Taylor opened the scoring for Pali in the 14th minute.
The Blues advance to face Saturday's semifinal contest winner between the Ottawa Fury and the Washington, to take place at the Maryland SoccerPlex in Boyds, MD, at the W-League Championship Game August 7.
