Forward Landon Donovan of the Los Angeles Galaxy and goalkeeper Kasey Kellar of the Seattle Sounders were named winners of Major League Soccer's Goal of the Week and Save of the Week competitions, voted on by fans at www.mlsnet.com.
Donovan won for his ninth minute unassisted goal in a 2-1 victory at the New England Revolution Saturday to beat out Jeff Cunningham (FC Dallas), Alejandro Moreno (Columbus Crew), Pablo Mastroeni and Conor Casey (both Colorado Rapids) and Peter Lowry (Chicago Fire).
Keller, the winner of the first Save of the Week award in Week 10, defeated Donovan Ricketts (Los Angeles Galaxy), Matt Pickens (Colorado Rapids), Jon Busch (Chicago Fire) and Pat Onstad (Houston Dynamo) for the honor.
