Cunningham Unanimously Named MLS Player Of The Week

After becoming the ninth player in Major League Soccer history to score four goals in a game, which doubles his total goals scored so far this season to eight, and has moved to second place on the league's all-time career goal scoring chart at 112, the North American Soccer Reporters Monday made FC Dallas forward Jeff Cunningham the second unanimous selection for MLS Player of the Week honors since the organization took over the voting process last season.

Cunningham had four goals to lead Dallas to a 6-0 upset victory over the Kansas City Wizards Saturday at Pizza Hut Park.

The only other unanimous selection by NASR was former teammate Kenny Cooper, who left the team to join TSV 1860 Munich in Germany's Bundesliga 2.
